Make a worksheet in order to better compare the plus and minus factors of each agency with another. Not all traveling nurse agencies have the same hiring and compensation package.
As soon as you have narrowed down your list to a manageable and realistic number, then you can engage in a more thorough research. Feel free to ask questions from the agencies and nurses who are working for them. Ask for a list of referrals and industry affiliations.
