Top ten ways to reduce Weight!

Ok folks, America is becoming a land of balloons, we are all fighting this new enemy which has become harder to kill. Every second day obesity is killing the youth, and whats more is that it invites other life taking diseases like Chronic Dysfunction, Diabetis, Chronic Thrombosis and many more that you cant even spell, but here are the top ten ways to get your tummy in and look smart! thats what we all want right!

NOTE:These top 10 ways were tested on 50 men and 50 women who have ended up reducing 25kgs on an average. So take it seriously if you wish to get fit and lean!

I am writing the ways in descending order of importance, i.e from the most important thing first the least important

NO.1- The very first important step to reducing weight is using your legs i.e RUNNING. Running is the best remedy to reducing any kind of weight, and it works with all age groups of people, it is a misconception that older people musn’t run, running maintains your heart beat to a good value and you end up living longer. One would say, i would rather swim or do aerobics than run and burn more calories. But the tests carried on subjects showed that the fastest way to improve health AND reduce weight was running. NOT AEROBICS, NOT SWIMMING.Those who are extremely overweight, can start off with walking but running is a neccesity. Running will not only make you fit externally, but improve your body functions as well.

NO.2- Now, along with running, to beat the flab, you must cut on saturated fat. Start trusting your stomach and not your nose, i.e dont take things that are smell good, but realize the nutritive value of things. Maybe a Pizza or Mc’Donald’s burger might smell good, but its like garbage that harms your internal systems and causes a blockage in your arteries. Think of a blocked pipe through which your trying to flow water, after sometime the pipe blows due to increased pressure, that can happen to you internally taking your life! So why would you want such a sweet death. Even your greens are very tasty, but you may never realise their taste, try it with salads and different varieties, they all help.

NO.3- Ok, if you are continued the above programme for maybe a week or so, you must now learn the art of breathing well and staying happy. You might be astonished, what’s the relation of being Happy with staying fit? Its pretty simple, a survey showed that depressed people were 4 times more susceptable to obesity than happy people. The science is simple, in depression we usually dont realise of our actions and most of the time tackle stress with eating. So its like dumping waste in your well causing you to get health problems. Also breathing well gives you the silence you need to rediscover yourself, allowing you to be more cheerful and interacted with yourself. Its a chain.

NO.4- Ok, the top three make a great deal for you to tackle weight issues, but you see that is only the base, you need to do alot more to get things right. The 4th thing you need to do is stop PLEASE STOP HOGGING FOOD! Hogging food occurs when you eat along with watching tv or your laptop. You may argue of the availability of time, but that is not the case, if you dont have time, SIMPLY DONT EAT! Dont risk your health due to time management issues, your are shortening your life like this. Eat slowly, think of what you are eating, how much you are eating, chew it throughout. Why pressurize your intestines what you can do yourself. After all, constipation is yet another issue leading to fat increase. Give your food the quality time they deserve, or else starve, for you are not eating just for the sake. Realise its importance and give it respect.

NO.5- Shift your regular no. of meals from 3 in a day to 5 short meals in a day. If anyone of you watches F1 racing or anything like it, cars run faster with less fuel, only the hassel is to refuel again. Cars with lots of fuel are slower and loose as a result. I believe we too signify a F1 car. With a bulky stomach, it is impossible to workout or do anything, even studying or working. So refuel your self with less and nutritious fuel, and yet again give atleast some quality time.       NOTE: Short meals dont mean pop corns, it means a regular meal but small!

NO.6- Now, this is a very important part. Please drink lots of water. Water is Life, your body needs water, and sometimes having adequate amount of water can limit your hunger. When does the need of water is the most? When you run alot, alot means alot, after running you will feel thirsty and never hungry, thats the benefit of running, while during others you feel hungry! Water plays many important roles. An obese person never wants water, but this is a dangerous sign, so work yourself alot and drink adequate water, and you’ll stay very healthy.

NO.7- Now, if you have followed the above plan for 4 weeks, your body is now in great shape. Note, by great shape i mean internally, because all the above benefits to take your body to a state from where it will be a piece of cake to mould your body THE WAY YOU LIKE!If you want a body like a Macho Man, go on a diet of non-veg goods and go to a gym.          NOW IS THE TIME TO CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. Your body now will be like clay, mould it as you like

NO.8- If you want to get skinny, put off all carbs, if a person needs on average 2000 cals, he must go down to 1000, only then your body will burn the existing fat!  HOWEVER, THIS IS A VERY RISKY DECISION, CHILDREN MUST NOT TAKE THIS PATH, ONLY FULLY GROWN ADULTS CAN TRY!

NO.9- Those of you who craved for abs all along, now is your time, however you must run twice as before, run like an addict, actually if you run enough, you dont need the crunches. Then if you want rock on perfect abs, go for simple ab drills(check on abpro.com)

NO-10- For the last part, you must learn how to maintain your achieved figure, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART…….. WE ALL HAVE THE ABILITY TO REDUCE, BUT ONLY A FEW CAN MAINTAIN! so please, have lesser carbs, and completely avoid JUNK FOOD, ITS A SWEET POISON, TRUST YOUR STOMACH AND NOT YOUR NOSE!
